A common question that people often come across are: where can we worship God and do we have to be specific with our timings of worship?
Is it only applicable on Sundays, where we are physically in church? Does it count as worship by then? And to ease any confusion, the answer is no.
You can simply worship Him when you are driving, during your personal devotion time or even at times when you just sit on your
bed quietly and freely worship Him with or without any instrument or worship songs to guide you.
Worship is about coming before Him and surrender to Him. There’s no particular rules and regulations in how to worship God in the right way.
Although the Greek word translated “worship” in this passage that refers to service at the temple, but Jesus reapplies it. Instead of worship in a physical temple
at a particular place, we ought to worship God “in spirit and in truth.” The New Testament reveals that our bodies are the temple of God (1 Corinthians 3:16),
so worship should take place in everywhere we go. True worship is not restricted with any particular location or time; but it encompasses all in a believer’s life.
